Capt Joel teague puts billy Floyd on his first Dolphin. Even though the bite was slow, we were able to troll up 3 keeper dolphin with ballyhoo and pink skirts ( the biggest being 25in to the the fork and the smallest 22in to the fork even after shrinking in the ice....Good day on the water.
